Terms and Conditions

1. Scope: These terms govern all sales from BC Solar. Placing an order implies agreement to these terms.
2. Orders: Confirmed upon receipt of our order confirmation or delivery.
3. Delivery: Estimated dates are not guaranteed. Risk transfers upon delivery.
4. Returns: Defective or incorrect items can be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
5. Payment: Full payment required before ownership transfers. Late payments incur 5% interest above the Bank of England base rate.
6. Limitation of Liability: Liability is limited to the product price. Indirect losses are excluded.
